RIVES TOWNSHIP PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST OF ELECTION EQUIPMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the mandatory public accuracy test for the voting equipment to be used at the August 2, 2022 Primary Election has been scheduled for Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Rives-Tompkins Fire Station, 8685 Lansing Ave. Jackson, MI. in said Township. The purpose of the public accuracy test is to determine if the system’s programming and the computers that will be used for tabulation of results of the election are accurate and count the votes in the manner prescribed by law.
