1.) Resignation of the Rives Township Planning Commission Chair John Brennan. Effective with
the conclusion of tonight’s meeting, John Brennan is resigning due to family health problems.
2.) Consideration of the application for a Conditional Use Permit by Duncan Bone for his residence
at 2992 Henry Rd. Choose a date for the hearing, assignment of the duties for notifying all of
the parties, etc.
