RIVES TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST

FOR THE NOVEMBER 3, 2020 GENERAL ELECTION

Pursuant to MCL 168.798, Notice is hereby given that the Public Accuracy Test for the November 6, 2018 General Election will take place on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Rives Township Office 348 E. Main Street, Rives Junction.

The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to determine that the program and the computer being used to tabulate the results of the election counts the votes in the manner prescribed by the law.

This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, (MCL 41.72 a (2)(3))
